Miles Plumley

Having worked in the insurance industry since 2014, Miles has extensive experience across both commercial and personal insurance. Cert CII-qualified, Miles is dedicated to helping clients find the right cover with confidence, and building long-term relationships.

Miles joined the Commercial Team at Network in 2026, as well as taking on the role of our Operations Manager.

Prior to joining the insurance industry, Miles worked in technical roles within the media and IT sectors, developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to benefit both clients and his operational responsibilities within the business.

Outside of work, Miles enjoys playing pool and proudly represents Guernsey in competition. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family and making the most of island life.
