Kai Shepherd

Kai was born in Guernsey and attended La Mare de Carteret High School before going on to study Computer Technology. Kai began his professional career in the travel industry, where he gained experience in customer service.

In 2018, Kai made the move into the insurance industry, initially gaining three years of experience in Personal Lines at a local insurance broker, before moving into the Private Clients Sector, where he has continued to build his expertise and experience for a further three years with the same firm.

Kai joined Network in 2026, in order to strengthen our Private Client offering and support our Personal Lines team, and has brought with him a wealth of experience, with a focus on customer service.

Outside of work, Kai enjoys gaming, spending quality time with his family, and travelling.
