After completing his education in Guernsey in 2019, Bailey began his career in the insurance industry at a local brokerage.
Since then, he has continued to gain experience as an insurance broker and joined Network's Personal Lines team in 2026.
Bailey is now working towards further developing his career by studying towards the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending time with friends and family, and playing football for Rovers.
