Lucy was educated at St Sampson's Secondary School and has worked in several industries over her career but all with an emphasis on Customer Service.

In July 2023, Lucy joined Network as a Claims Handler and insurance administrator, to help enhance our service offering to our clients, brining with her a wealth of customer service experience.

When she isn't at work, Lucy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and rollercoasters (even though she hates heights)!
